Real businesses, working now.

A few recent builds, details kept anonymous, because our clients’ operations are their business. Yours would be too.

Leadership dashboard

Healthcare organization

Leadership was piecing together program numbers from a dozen spreadsheets every week. Now one secure dashboard shows programs, staffing and finances in real time, pulled together automatically.

Weekly reporting: hours → minutes

Custom online store

Off-road parts retailer

Needed a real online store without big-platform monthly fees eating the margin. Got a custom storefront with inventory, checkout and an admin panel simple enough for one person to run.

Full store + admin, live in weeks

Expense tracker

Motorsports business

Receipts lived in a shoebox until tax season. Now every expense is snapped from a phone in seconds and sorted automatically, so totals stay tax-ready all year long.

Tax prep: days → one tap

Why these are anonymous

Our clients’ operations are their business. How a healthcare organization staffs its programs, or what a retailer’s margins look like, isn’t ours to publish, and the same discretion would apply to your build. What we can describe is the shape of the problem and what measurably changed.

What “results” actually means here

We don’t count features shipped. The numbers worth reporting are the ones an owner feels: hours no longer spent compiling reports, requests that stop falling through, invoices that go out the same day instead of next week. Every figure on this page is a conservative estimate taken from the people doing the work before and after.

  • Time recovered: measured against how the task was done before, not against a theoretical best case.
  • Errors removed: duplicate entry, missed handoffs and version confusion usually disappear first.
  • Response time: how long a customer waits is often the metric that changes most visibly.

If you want a reference conversation before committing, ask. Several clients are happy to talk.

The technical side

Our builds page covers the systems in more detail: autonomous agents, on-prem LLM inference and a production SaaS platform.
